You’re going to have your new products for a long, long time and we want you to be thrilled with your selection. So if at any time during the first 30 days after installation you decide you don’t like your new flooring for whatever reason, just let us know. Main Place will replace the products one time with another style of equal or lesser value. You'll only pay for the additional labor cost and whatever shipping expense we incur. If the new products you select cost more, we'll ask that you pay the difference. Why would we offer such a powerful guarantee? Because we are completely committed to your satisfaction and absolutely confident in the quality of our products and service. You can be, too. We guarantee it!

Lifetime Installation Warranty

Unlike buying any other piece of interior décor, such as furniture or accessories, flooring, window treatments, countertops, and cabinetry are installed in your home. This makes the installation critical. At Main Place, we offer a lifetime installation warranty on all owner occupied residential installations. There are a few minor exclusions*, but otherwise you NEVER have to worry about something going wrong with the installation. If it does, we’ll fix it FREE! And we’ll do it quickly. Warranty is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent property owners or third parties.

Main Place Technicians are trained, experienced professionals, and they are courteous people. They will be guests in your home, and they will conduct themselves as such. They will respect your schedule and your home, and you will receive the highest-quality installation in the business. When they’re finished, they will leave your home as neat and clean as when they arrived!

Re-stretching of carpet after 2 years. Abuse or abnormal treatment of the products.
